Hello, Reposting this issue as it was not solved. I have already done exactly as he explained for solution 1 in the video you linked

- simply filling in the number field as it is a single transfer. The function does not work. Please advise on how to rectify this or when it will be fixed. If this is an issue on VAPI's end I would appreciate transparency as I am also in communication with Twilio Support who are trying to help. I have reattached screenshots of the logs for reference. Note that these are UK numbers. Previous post: I am trying to carry out call forwarding at the end of an outbound call (if the user wants to schedule an appointment). I am using the predefined function by simply filling in the "forwarding phone number" field.
