what do you mean by ‘maintain my first message’

when user said english it goes to the KB instead of going to model for transfer. My Hopethsis is if your assistant speaks or voices the same first message each time, user input won't go to KB.

Okay but how can I configure the assistant to do that? Because sometimes it says the correct phrase to transfer and other times it’s seeking from the KB

@Saien | Exousia AI it's more of trial n error here to not to let the assistant going to KB, if you can wait 1-2 days you can then use custom KB instead.

Do you mean if I can’t wait 2 days then I must use a custom KB?

I meant to say this: - You have to use trial n error method to make sure model only uses KB for out of context user input/query - If you wait you can then use custom kb feature and your issue may get resolved.
