function not called

10/02/2024, 11:34 AMI have programmed a new agent just like others but this agent doesn't call the function to book a call. c00cbe95-6e17-404b-85e8-f80f97a0b686.
I have tried to change prompts, create the function again..checked the logs but it doesn't call the function. Please advise.

Another issue endcall function doesn't work..doesn't end the call tried gpt 3.5 end call function, end call phrases it still doesn't work
