Where did all my tools go!?

10/02/2024, 4:25 PMAll of my tools are gone?! Check the screenshot, which is of the tools sections of the function tab within the assistant section. (Assistants->Custom_Assistant->Functions->Tools.... It renamed the tool to presumable what the tool ID was, and when I click the tools section, there are none... they're all gone? Is this temporary, or what happened?
