I’ve noticed this behaviour with my assistant, sometimes during some calls the assistant basically doesn’t call the functions it’s meant to call, for example it’s meant to take the callers number and trigger a function then reply back to the caller that the text or sms has been sent but sometimes it takes the number but it doesn’t trigger the function so the call just gets an acknowledgment that the sms was sent but the caller won’t receive any sms and even on the make scenario it shows no sign that the webhook was triggered. is there any possible solution around this?
