@Irfan I'm here to help! It sounds like there might be an issue with the voice recognition or text-to-speech service interpreting punctuation incorrectly. To assist you better, could you provide me with more details about when this issue occurs? For example, is it happening during specific phrases or with particular words? Additionally, if you have any error logs or examples of the transcripts, that would be very helpful in diagnosing the problem.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi hey so look at the second screenshot - it's totally random and out of no where it seems like the TTS is saying DOT and the transcription is actually transcribing the TTS output
it's happening almost everycall

@Irfan Thank you for providing more context. It seems there might be an issue with the text-to-speech (TTS) system inadvertently including the word "dot" in the speech output, which is then being picked up by the transcription service. To address this, we should look into the TTS configuration and ensure that it's processing punctuation correctly. Additionally, we should check if the transcriber is configured to handle such anomalies. Since I don't have direct access to the system configurations or logs, I recommend checking the TTS settings for any irregularities and reviewing the transcriber's custom word list to ensure it's not mistakenly including "dot" as a spoken word. If the issue persists, please reach out to the support team for a more in-depth investigation. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!

@User why is LLM output being retranscribed?
@User how do i reach out to the support team?
@Vapi here is the call id 2c0308ca-78da-4233-b6c7-04e2690c3ecd

@Irfan It's unusual for the LLM output to be retranscribed, as typically the output should be directly used for TTS without any additional transcription. This could be a configuration issue or a bug in the system. To reach out to the support team, you can use the contact information provided by your Voice API service provider. This usually includes support email addresses, phone numbers, or a ticketing system on their website. Since you've provided the call ID, the support team will be able to look into the specific call logs and investigate the issue further. If you need assistance with contacting support or providing them with additional information, please let me know, and I'll do my best to assist you.
