@Irfan I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with random "dots" in the audio and transcript. To assist you better, could you please provide more details? Are the "dots" occurring at specific intervals or seem to be random? Also, are they affecting the understanding of the content? This information will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi they are random

@Irfan Thank you for clarifying that the "dots" are appearing randomly. This seems like an unusual issue that might require a closer look into the system's processing of the audio and transcript. I would recommend reaching out to our support team with the call ID you've provided, so they can investigate this matter further. If there's anything else I can assist you with or if you need help contacting support, please let me know!
i
@Vapi can you do that for me ?
v
@Irfan Please ask support for more info on this.
i
@Vapi how do i do that?

@Irfan To contact support, you can typically do so through the platform or service where you're using the Voice API. This might involve sending an email, opening a support ticket through a web interface, or using a chat function if available. Since I don't have the capability to directly contact support on your behalf, here's what you can do: 1. Look for a 'Help' or 'Support' section within the platform you're using. 2. Use the contact option provided there, which might be an email address, a support form, or a chatbot. 3. Provide them with the call ID: 2c0308ca-78da-4233-b6c7-04e2690c3ecd and describe the issue with the random "dots" in the audio and transcript. If you need further assistance navigating to the support section or if there's anything else I can help with, please let me know!
