Hello, I'm experiencing issues with simultaneous calls (only 3 at a time). I've had to space out my outbound queue. I have questions and wondering if I can get a call or email from support.

You have to switch to credit based or wallet based billing system after that you can purchase/opt for more concurrent lines. To do this go to billing section of your Vapi dashboard.
