I have an issue with my agent not picking up "yes." as a response. I notice that it asks me a question, I answer "yes." and I can see it in the messages log. However, the agent acts like I did not say the message.

@Kirubel Gebre I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your agent not recognizing the "yes." response. To assist you better, could you please provide me with more details about the context in which the agent is supposed to pick up the "yes." response? This will help me understand the situation and provide you with the most accurate assistance.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@User Here are a few call ID's where this occurs: f59b1be7-1cec-40ec-9100-12fa1aa0e5e8 d2432968-8858-401e-8b2b-931ae3c5451d ba6c0f6d-1cd9-4394-bddb-b30852ba0ad1
@User It has to look something up, bring me the result and ask for confirmation. When I confirm however, it either acts like I didn't talk or as if it did not understand me.
@Vapi did you see my messages/
v
@Kirubel Gebre Yes, I can see your messages. Thank you for providing the call IDs where the issue occurs. It seems like there might be a problem with the voice recognition or the intent processing part of your agent. To troubleshoot this issue, I would need to check the specific configurations and logs associated with those call IDs. Since I'm here to provide support, I can guide you on what steps to take next. You might need to review the voice recognition settings and ensure that the "yes" intent is properly configured and trained. Additionally, checking the logs for those specific calls could provide insights into why the agent is not recognizing the "yes" response. If you have access to the agent's configuration and logs, please review them for any anomalies or errors. If the issue persists or you need further assistance, please reach out to the support team for a more in-depth investigation.
