Getting "Over Concurrency Limit" with no Ongoing C...

I was developing a proxy from Twilio to Vapi and created some failed calls during this time. Currently, there are 13 calls stuck there for at least 2 days with the
queued
status. I tried deleting them through the
DELETE /calls/{id}
API multiple times, but no effect. They are still there and I haven't been able to use Vapi for the past few days since I always get an "Over Concurrency Limit" error for calls. Can someone try to clean up those calls for me? Call IDs:
