I have an assistant and I am able to talk to it via the vapi dashboard using PC microphone and I am able to talk to it via my own site using the web SDK. The issue I am running into is while everything seems to be working as expected (transcripts, audio recordings, assistant behavior, etc), none of the actual logs are showing up as you can see in the screenshot. I am trying to find the logs of the assistant calling the tools. This is the first time I have seen this issue, but I also havent tested the assistant for at least a week. I have confirmed the configuration settings and have asked the AI support assistant to confirm. There doesnt seem to be an issue there and I have not made major changes to the assistant itself besides giving it another tool link. I just tried accessing the logs from a different browser (I was using firefox and I just tried chrome) and the logs are still not available or "no logs found"
Upon further review. It seems that none of my logs are showing for any of the previous calls I tested since I create the assistant. I am confident that there has always been logs to review especially in the older calls that I made to the assistant. So i do not know what has changed so that I cant review any logs at this point.
