Assistant producing unexpected sounds and errors

Hello, we encountered a major issue with one of our assistants. This is our demonstration assistant available on our website, and it was working perfectly during our previous tests. However while listening to our latest recording, we noticed significant bugs, particularly related to sounds and indescribable noises generated by the assistant. We have reviewed all the logs and cannot understand where the error is coming from. If you listen to the recording, you’ll see what I’m talking about. We've dealt with several issues with our previous assistants that we were able to resolve but this time we can't find the source. @Trah1n I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your demonstration assistant. To assist you effectively, I'll need to review the specific recording you mentioned. However, I don't have the capability to listen to recordings or access logs directly. To proceed with troubleshooting, could you please provide more details about the nature of the sounds and noises? For example, are they occurring at specific times during the interaction, or are they random? Additionally, have there been any recent changes to the assistant's configuration or the environment in which it operates that might correlate with the appearance of these issues? In the meantime, if you haven't done so already, I recommend checking for any updates or patches that might be available for the assistant's software, as well as verifying that all system components are functioning correctly and that there are no external factors that could be causing interference. If you continue to face difficulties and need more in-depth support, please reach out to our technical support team with the Call ID and Assistant ID you provided, and they will be able to assist you further.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

Hey @Trah1n I have listened to call recording again, and too me it's look like one of the chances the weird sound was captured in the call recording. Can you try again now, and let me know how it goes? FYI: Nothing suspisous found in logs
t
No, it was actually our customer who told us he encountered some strange songs. So I checked, and when I heard the recording, it was wild! Haha. Listen at 0:45 to 0:55—it sounds like some Japanese voice or something!
s
Yeah, you're right! If there was any audio coming through - even if it was messed up or distorted - we'd definitely see it in the logs. You know what? Sometimes these hiccups happen with voice streaming, especially when we're dealing with super-quick transfers that happen in milliseconds. It's just one of those things that can occasionally go wrong on the provider's end, and while it's not ideal, it's kind of part of the package when working with real-time voice streaming.
@Trah1n do let me when I can close this ticket or your require further explanation in detail.
