Agent does not able to continue the conversation

We are receiving the call at the end but the AI agent does not seem to continue the conversation, We also added 'Server URL' as the endpoint for the continuation of the conversation but it does not get any hit. Please help!

As of now it's hidden over API, you can use the following in your prompt to trigger the call hangup.
trigger the endCall function
and it works most of the time.
