Inbound calls not connecting to assistant

I started this assistant a little under a week ago and it worked fine for that time, but when I was testing it out as far as calling tools, it stopped working. Now the number just goes to a busy signal or rings out. I'm not sure if it's a twilio problem or not but they say it isn't and their site doesn't show any issues. A few solutions say to put the webhook url into the assistant but I don't see a place to do that either on the phone or assistant settings. Hey @FelixFuturi to resolve your issue delete your number from Vapi and then import again it will get fixed.
FYI
video recording doesn't contains related to your issue description. Lastly if number purchased from Vapi don't worry I will do the refund and do let me know how it goes.
