I'm getting PTSD from Couldn't Get Assistant error...

Hi everyone! Amplify Voice set up a wonderful coaching practice transient squad for me which introduces users to the process, presents a client for them to coach, provides a lifeline for help if desired, then provides verbal feedback afterwards, then sends written feedback after the call. However, when I try to continue building out new squads, I almost always get "Couldn't get assistant." I'd like to understand root cause and how to methodically troubleshoot this. I'd buy a giant virtual coffee (or hug, lol) to anyone willing to take a look and offer advice. ~Signed, Desperate. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1306612029863497828/1306612030027071539/Coaching_Squad_2024-11-14_8a.json?ex=67374cc7&is=6735fb47&hm=1066d40d61ca4ad2e6fc0566fe93d0cbdf0be43281b603b3ad7872c0b64d65f6& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1306612029863497828/1306612030517674024/image.png?ex=67374cc7&is=6735fb47&hm=bb7d1fac90e33f199372c6961c3274bc1dbe3af1bf617895e1d6f33df5146e5c&

@liseyloo Hello there! I'm really glad to hear about your positive experience with Amplify Voice and the coaching practice squad. It sounds like a valuable tool for users to learn and grow. Regarding the issue you're facing with the "Couldn't get assistant" error, this typically indicates a problem with accessing the assistant, which could be due to several reasons such as an incorrect assistant ID, configuration issues, or network-related problems. To troubleshoot this methodically, we can start by checking the following: 1. **Assistant ID**: Ensure that the assistant ID you're using is correct and corresponds to an existing assistant in the system. 2. **Configuration**: Verify that the assistant's configuration settings are properly set up and that there are no errors that could prevent the assistant from being accessed. 3. **Network Connectivity**: Confirm that there are no network issues that could be affecting the connection to the assistant. If you've already checked these and the problem persists, it might be helpful to look into the system logs or error messages for more detailed information about the failure. If you're unable to resolve the issue with these steps, please reach out to support for more in-depth assistance. Would you like to provide more details about the assistant ID and configuration so we can further assist you?

I actually hired someone to troubleshoot that one and he's taken a different route to use built-in squads which I'm not sure will work, but I've encountered this "Couldn't get assistant" error often in my builds, so here's another one I can't figure out. I have 5 working squads that are built identically so I'm baffled.
