GHL Native Integration

Does Vapi have a native integration with GoHighLevel or do you still need to use make. I need an inbound vapi agent that will take incoming calls and schedule appointments in my GoHighLevel calendar while confirming their name, email, phone and website address. Can this be done without Make?

@Emerson VAPI does not have a native integration with GoHighLevel. To integrate VAPI with GoHighLevel for the purpose of creating an inbound agent that can schedule appointments and confirm details like name, email, phone, and website address, you would typically need to use a service like Make (formerly Integromat) to facilitate the communication between VAPI and GoHighLevel. However, if you have development resources, you could potentially create a custom integration using VAPI's APIs and GoHighLevel's APIs. This would involve setting up a system where VAPI receives the call, processes the information using its voice recognition capabilities, and then sends the data to GoHighLevel's API to schedule the appointment. If you need assistance with setting up the integration using Make or developing a custom solution, please let me know, and I can provide further guidance or resources to help you achieve your goal.

Hey @Emerson yes it can be done without make using GHL webhook workflows. You have to use GHL webhooks for assistant-request and tools calling.
NOTE
GHL may not be an efficient for input/output formatting and processing (not-sure).
Do let me know if you have any questions.
