OpenAI Realtime API Voice not changing.

11/14/2024, 7:20 PMI can change the voice in the UI and I can see frrom postmand API call that the agent definition has changed to the new voice but the sound is always the same. Here are some call ids that will show you these. I can't record a loom video at this time. I noticed that only new voices are supported but none of the voices work! Tried Ash, Ballard, Coral and Sage at 11 pm central time on 11/18/2024

11/19/2024, 8:03 PMI tried OpenAI Realtime API yesterday, and it didn't even take my system prompt. It completely ignored most of my settings.
Is this a know bug? Is there somewhere I need to open a ticket?

11/21/2024, 4:50 PMI can hear the voices now. Voices change as well. The AI agent doesn't say the welcome message. It only responds after caller says something. Real-Time is too expensive for our use cases. I won't be doing any more testing until OpenAI drops price by 1/10 so please close this ticket.

11/21/2024, 6:32 PMI tried it. It works now. It is a bit clunky, though. It keeps asking if I had more questions, even though that was not part of a task. Then it went quiet for a while, until I said hello again.
I agree with @Achal that it is so expensive that it's not worth it. If it was perfect and much better than the others, then maybe, but it definitely still needs work.
