Thank you for your valuable feedback. I understand how important it is to efficiently navigate through the Call Logs section. Currently, we do not have a feature to tag, mark, or highlight items directly within the Call Logs. However, I will forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates.
In the meantime, you might consider using external tools to track specific calls or implementing a system to note down Call IDs associated with important cases for easier reference.
