Tag an item in the Call Logs

Vapi Staff: Can we get a way to 'tag' or 'mark' or 'highlight' an item in the Call Logs section? It's very difficult to be scrolling through all those "numbers" and not knowing which ones you want to focus on. We find we have to click on several to find a specific call. And trust me, no one remembers a Call ID. Thanks!

Currently, we do not have a feature to tag, mark, or highlight items directly within the Call Logs. However, I will forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates. In the meantime, you might consider using external tools to track specific calls or implementing a system to note down Call IDs associated with important cases for easier reference.
