Hey <@819416667687616523> first change please change messages array first item type from assistant to system and second regarding the `customer-did-not-answer` it actually came from telephony and it's hard to give an exact reason why they have marked the call as `customer-did-not-answer` . To me it's one of the chances and concidently happened for 2 of the calls.
