Voices are missing

Hey, is there an issue in 11labs voice library? I see Indian voices are missing from the accent (happened a few hours back) and even if you try to import voices from 11labs using API, you would get an error. It has broken my pipeline.
v
@Ashish I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the 11labs voice library. It seems there might be a temporary problem affecting the availability of Indian voices and the import functionality. I recommend trying the following steps: 1. Please ensure that you have correctly synced your cloned voice with VAPI by selecting 11labs as your voice provider and clicking on “Sync with 11labs.” 2. If you have already done this and the issue persists, there might be a service disruption or maintenance occurring with 11labs that is affecting the voice library. I would suggest waiting a short while and trying again. If the problem continues, please reach out to the support team for more detailed assistance. They will be able to provide you with the latest updates on the service status and help resolve the issue.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Ashish Thank you for providing additional context. If the Indian accent option has disappeared from the VAPI interface, it could indicate a change in the available features or a technical issue with the service. To address this, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the VAPI interface again to see if the issue persists. 2. Check the VAPI service status or updates to see if there are any known issues or maintenance activities that could be affecting the availability of certain features. 3. If the problem is still not resolved, please reach out to VAPI support directly to report the issue. They will be able to investigate further and provide you with assistance to restore your pipeline. If you need immediate assistance or further guidance, please let me know, and I'll do my best to help you.

@Ashish I understand that this can be quite frustrating. It seems like there might be a discrepancy between the VAPI system's voice inventory and what is being displayed to you. Since I cannot view the screenshot, I would suggest the following steps: 1. Log out of your VAPI account and log back in to refresh your session. 2. If logging out and back in doesn't resolve the issue, try using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue is related to browser-specific settings or extensions. 3. If the voice still does not appear, there may be a synchronization issue with the VAPI system. In this case, contacting VAPI support would be the best course of action. They can look into the backend to determine why the voice is not visible to you despite existing in the system. Please reach out to VAPI support for further assistance, and they should be able to help you resolve this issue promptly.

@Ashish I apologize for any confusion. If the VAPI support documentation directs you to use their Discord channel for support, that would be the best place to seek assistance. Here's how you can reach out to them on Discord: 1. Join the VAPI Discord server if you haven't already. You can typically find an invitation link on their official website or within the documentation. 2. Once you're in the server, look for a support channel. It might be named
#support
,
#help
, or something similar. 3. Post your query in the support channel, providing as much detail as possible about the issue you're facing with the missing Indian voices. 4. A member of the support team or the community should respond to your query and assist you with troubleshooting the problem. Remember to be as detailed as possible when describing your issue to ensure that the support team can help you effectively.

@Ashish can you share the voice id your trying to use? If you don't have voice id then share the voice name as it-is.
