@NBA ducky I'm here to help! It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with accessing the Dutch voice, Maarten, and the language selection in VAPI. This could be due to an update or a change in the service configuration. To assist you better, could you please provide me with more details? Are you receiving any error messages, or has the interface changed in a way that you're unable to navigate to the language selection?
@NBA ducky I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with accessing the Dutch voice and the multilingual selection. It's possible that there may have been an update or a change in the configuration. To assist you better, could you please confirm if you are referring to a specific feature within the VAPI platform that you're having trouble with? This will help me guide you to the right solution or provide you with the necessary steps to regain access to the Dutch voice and language options.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

YES
I cannot access the languages as it doesn’t not show up in the voice library, Maarten is gone too and I use it for my operations! @Vapi

@NBA ducky I understand that you're unable to find the Dutch voice, Maarten, and the language options in the voice library. It seems there might have been a change in how the multilingual support is configured. To resolve this, you no longer need to specify the desired language when configuring the voice assistant. Instead, you should directly choose a voice that supports the desired language from your voice provider. This can be done when you are setting up or modifying your voice assistant. Please check with your voice provider's updated list of voices and select the one that corresponds to the Dutch language, which should be equivalent to Maarten. If you're still having trouble or if Maarten is not listed, it might be necessary to reach out to the voice provider's support for further assistance. If you need help with navigating the new setup or have any other questions, feel free to ask.

There is no longer ANY nl-Nl Dutch options @Vapi
v
@NBA ducky I'm sorry to hear that the Dutch language options are no longer available. This could be due to a temporary issue or an update that has affected the availability of certain languages and voices. Here's what you can do: 1. Check for any announcements or updates from the voice provider that might explain the changes to the voice library. 2. If you have access to a support or help section within the VAPI platform, look for information regarding the removal of the Dutch language options. 3. Contact the voice provider's customer support directly to inquire about the missing Dutch voices and when they might be restored or if there are alternative options available. In the meantime, if there's anything else I can assist you with or if you have any more questions, please let me know.

Australian has vanished. People will hang up as soon as they hear an American. 100s of Aussie accents available inside 11labs. Whats going on?
v
@Ghammer I understand your concern about the sudden removal of certain voice options, including the Australian voices, which can impact your operations significantly. It's important for businesses to maintain consistency in their customer interactions, and sudden changes like this can be quite disruptive. Here's what you can do: 1. Check for any service updates or notifications from the voice provider that might explain why these voices have been removed. 2. Review any recent communications from the voice provider, such as emails or announcements on their website, for information about changes to the voice library. 3. Reach out to the voice provider's customer support or technical support team to express your concerns and inquire about the removal of these voices. They may be able to provide you with a timeline for when the voices might return or suggest alternative solutions. If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please let me know, and I'll do my best to help you.
