Office Sounds Not Working Using Phone Number

The office sounds don't sounds when I am making normal phone calls. The office sounds is enabled in VAPI and I can hear it in the web tests but when it comes to the phone number nothing works. We are using the SIP trunking connection to the phone line. This is the Call ID: 6e878e58-6a71-4697-a9fa-9514616e7193

@Andres Cardozo allow me sometime to get back to you on this(to do diagnosis), as you have mentioned it's not audible in the call, but audible in the call recording and your using SIP.
@Andres Cardozo Hey there, I looked into the issue, and it seems like the background sound details are something best discussed with your SIP provider. They would have the most insight into why the sound isn't being played back on their end. Unfortunately, I don't have additional information about the specific cause.

@Shubham Bajaj How is everything man? I am having problems with the SIP trunking connection for outbound calls. I am getting a request 400 for the API and it says that Vapi can't dial outbound yet. Could you please give me a hand with it?
