I deleted my phone number before my subscription was renewed in August, and I keep being charged $2.00 per month even though I don't have a phone number in my VAPI account anymore. On the Billing page, there is no way to cancel the renewal. And I have been contacting Support since August 12th, and I followed up a couple times, and I still haven't heard anything back. This is unacceptable business practice and needs to be resolved right away. And I am expecting my money back for the 3 months I was charged for no reason.
