1. **External Tracking**: You could export the call logs and use a spreadsheet program to mark or tag calls. This would allow you to add notes, highlight rows, and filter or sort calls as needed.
2. **Custom Development**: If you have development resources, you could use the VAPI to pull call logs into your own system or database where you can implement custom tagging or marking features.
