Mark or Tag a call - How to identify a call from t...

I asked for this request before, and there were a few Upvotes for tis. Can we gat a way to Mark or Tag a call, to be able to identify a call from the Call Logs? It's insanely confusing just looking at call logs ID number. NO ONE remembers an ID number. I'm trying to go through calls to identify potential issues/review the call, but there are TONS of rows and no way to mark or identify which one we've reviewed. Again, NO ONE remembers a call ID number...We need to be able to mark, tag, or some way of excluding in order to focus on specifics. Thanks! https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1312055267642314835/1312055267931979776/Screen_Shot_2024-11-29_at_8.58.29_AM.png?ex=674b1a30&is=6749c8b0&hm=46d806eeeb6ec2344b28095456c4e3a74bb1fd1930587f134c671157e112762c&

@Elastic I completely understand how important it is to be able to efficiently manage and review call logs. The ability to mark, tag, or otherwise highlight specific calls for review would indeed be a valuable feature for users who need to sift through large volumes of data. While VAPI currently does not offer a built-in feature to mark or tag calls directly within the call logs, I can suggest a couple of workarounds that might help: 1. **External Tracking**: You could export the call logs and use a spreadsheet program to mark or tag calls. This would allow you to add notes, highlight rows, and filter or sort calls as needed. 2. **Custom Development**: If you have development resources, you could use the VAPI to pull call logs into your own system or database where you can implement custom tagging or marking features. I will pass on your feedback to our development team as a feature request. In the meantime, if you need assistance with implementing any of the suggested workarounds or have further questions, please let me know. I'm here to help!

@Elastic the call logs page is viewing for the records not for their review as of now, I understand your concern as well you wanted to review the calls and then tag them just to let you know we have plans for projects based organizations of assistants and calls so this will be covered.
Do let me know if you have more questions.
