12/03/2024, 4:42 AM@Shubham Bajaj what is the per day case?, i wanted to know that, how many user can call the same number at same time and the assistant should handle the calls as per user inputs, i wanted to know the number of people that can call the number assigned to the user together?.

12/04/2024, 7:30 PM@zarika14 By default your only allowed to accept and make total of 10 calls at the same time which is total of inbound and outbound calls. it has nothing to do with the users, now to make more than 10 calls at the same time you need to purchase more concurrent lines from the dashboard.
To Purchase More Concurrent Lines:-
1. Goto Vapi Dashboard
2. Look into the Bottom left side of Dashboard
3. Click on the Green colour button with text content named with your organization
4. After that click on billing item
5. Now on Billing page click on add-ons and then you can purchase more concurrency limit.
