I just use web client on the website UI to "talk to assistant", found that unmute logo appear = muted mute logo appear = unmuted @User

@Ho Yin Leung the icon means your unmuted you have to click on it to mute your audio and then icon will change to opposte icon clicking on it again will unmute you.
