Outbound and inbound call errors

No call logs are shown in the dashboard but pretty much, the call goes through but cuts immediately as I pick up and the inbound calls don't get answered. The assistant ID is 060c7ba3-8ddb-4dec-84ff-4f47c51b548d The calls are going through for other assistants but not for this one.
