@Gman one issue is that your task is very confusing when reading the prompt; are you having the AI agent schedule a call, or are you trying to have it transfer to a human agent to book a call, or are you trying to have it transfer to the director? As a human (I think!) I can't figure out which of the three you're trying to do. 🙂 Anyway, see above, and I'll try to spare you a few mins if I can to help out.
