How do I get SIP flow for a call?

A client is asking for the SIP flow of a call, how can I get this and provide to them? Thanks so much @nikhil @Shubham Bajaj
v
@AiTitus :) To provide the SIP flow of a call, you would typically need to access the call logs or the SIP trace from the system that handled the call. This information is usually available in the backend or administrative interface of the Voice API platform you are using. If you have access to the backend system, you can retrieve the SIP flow by looking for the specific call in question and exporting the SIP trace. If you do not have direct access, you may need to request this information from the technical support or operations team that manages the Voice API platform. Please let me know if you need assistance with any specific commands or procedures within the VAPI system to retrieve the SIP flow, or if there's anything else I can help you with!
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

Hi @AiTitus :) ,  I'm not entirely sure what the exact issue is. Could you bring it up during today's office hours?
a
@User Sure I am not sure what the issue is either lol! the client just asked for the SIP Trace/Flow. I think there is SIP tracing with Twilio not sure if VAPI Does anything with that.
m
I have the same or similar question actually, need to catch the SIP trace, DNIS and ANI and pass it for call routing to/from VAPI assistants.
a
Exactly I am looking at turning on Twilio Trace which should do it but I wanted to see if VAPI has any exposure to it 🙂

ditto
s
@AiTitus :) @mindofman can you confirm with your clients do they require PCAP file?
a
Yes please
s
@AiTitus :) can you please create a new #1211483291191083018 if you still require PCAP files. If so, could you send over a recent call ID as well.
a
