Since yesterday we have had outage of service and just checked logs to see pipeline error eleven labs?

@Gerald Allan Hennessey I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an outage. The pipeline error from Eleven Labs you're seeing could be due to several reasons, such as unauthorized access, the system being busy and requiring an upgrade, the voice not being fine-tuned, or an invalid API key. To assist you further, could you please provide more details or the exact error message you're seeing in the logs? This will help me give you a more accurate solution.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Gerald Allan Hennessey It's good to hear that you've switched to Azure as an alternative. If you're getting a busy signal and the calls are not showing up in the logs, it could indicate a problem with the connection to the Azure service or an issue with the API configuration. To troubleshoot this issue, please check the following: 1. Ensure that your Azure API keys and endpoints are correctly configured. 2. Verify that there are no service outages on Azure's end by checking their status page. 3. Confirm that your account has sufficient permissions and that there are no restrictions that might be causing the busy signal. 4. Check your network connection to ensure that requests are being sent and received without any network issues. If you've checked all of these and the problem persists, please reach out to Azure support for further assistance. If there's anything else I can help you with, let me know!

@Gerald Allan Hennessey Sorry for the late response. Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, could you send over a recent call ID so I can take a look?
