I've already uploaded the relevant tables as DOCX, TXT, and PDF files. These tables are sourced from Excel, and the data is embedded into the assistant's knowledge base. Despite fine-tuning the system prompt, I've noticed some issues: the assistant misses certain lines and occasionally provides incorrect information. I'm considering connecting directly to the Excel database via a webhook using Make.com for better accuracy. Does this sound like a good solution? Am I overlooking anything?
