Im experiencing an issue with 2 accounts where I can't make any calls because I get an error "Over Concurrency Limit". It's been weeks on this org: 6cdd14ef-ce49-406a-ae39-a684e87f1196 And recently started happening on this org: b7a8269f-0f4c-43c2-8c29-83e7642c0e0d This has happened in the past and the team has been able to reset it and the issue has been resolved but I'm afraid it keeps happening. Am I doing anything incorrectly? I want to increase the concurrency limit on various accounts but am afraid to do so until I know this issue won't reoccur. Thanks!

Thank you @bryant! Is this an issue that might occur again or something the team has looked into and fixed? Asking because I'd love to increase the concurrency limit but afraid this will happen again if I do so.

Hey @Shubham Bajaj Any chance you can reset the concurrency limit for this Org: 6cdd14ef-ce49-406a-ae39-a684e87f1196 Had the issue happen again but I think I understand why. I have a Make automation making calls and it seems when the concurrency limit gets hit, it causes issues on Vapi where I cant make any more outbound or accept inbound calls on the account.
