This is coming from your telephony provider, you can try asking them why calls weren't connected.

This is what I'm talking about. There is no webhook for

but there is a call in the dashboard. It's not particularly for

end-of-call-report

The call was connected in this case but you wont get the end of call report for the calls which are not accepted or answered by the customer.
