@ImEgg I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with accessing the options to "buy add-ons" or "migrate to wallet." It sounds like there might be a glitch or an issue with the user interface that's preventing you from seeing the correct options after clicking the trial button. To assist you further, I would recommend reaching out to our customer support team directly. They will be able to look into your account details and guide you through the necessary steps to resolve this issue. They can also manually process any requests to increase concurrency limits or assist with purchasing add-ons and migrating to a wallet if needed. Would you like me to help you get in touch with customer support for more detailed assistance on this matter?
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi Yes, I'm not sure how to reach out to support directly.

@ImEgg sorry for the late response. You shouldn't be getting this form when trying to purchase more concurrent lines. Can you try again this should be fixed by now.
i
it is fixed now, all is good. Is it possible to see over time the max concurrency I have hit at any given time? $10 a month per concurrency line is pretty pricey and I'd like a way to know if/when I'm getting close enough to where I need to increase it.
s
This feature is in our plan to check live concurrency limit, but as of know you have to maintain a manual concurrency counter foryourself.
i
is there a projected timeline for this? I understand specifics are difficult but will it take a month or 6 months or years for this to be done? is it also possible to have an auto-regulator for the concurrency limit? I'll pay the money for the extra concurrency slots but what I don't want to happen and what will be really upsetting is a disruption of service for my customers just because I didn't pay enough for extra bandwidth that I could not possibly estimate that I needed since I'm doing inbound calls and not outbound
I guess more so what I'm trying to say is when there are 10 calls happening and there is an 11th call that comes in, instead of 429ing that call, I'd rather vapi automatically increase the concurrency rate limit. Have this be a feature users can toggle on or off depending on what they care about but I cannot have it so that calls get dropped for this reason and it's absurd that I'd have to spend extra money on a buffer to make sure that doesn't happen.

@ImEgg I understand the need for automatic concurrency limit upgrades, and we've(VAPI) discussed in the past, the ETA is around early Q2 of this year. Trust me, we really want to get this done, but it's the architecture and complexity involved that's taking more time.
