Issue with blocks

The attached set of blocks works well. However, as soon as a add a 3rd set (no matter what kind of block it is) the block stops passing on the user to either of the 2nd steps. I have tested this quite a bit and for some reason, adding a third step causes the agent to stop working properly every time. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1322685769894199430/1322685770326081589/Screenshot_2024-12-28_at_3.55.34_PM.png?ex=6771c69d&is=6770751d&hm=88089a3cf9cd12ccab28fb6fe0f708c36da142aea39dea6029a4577dc90d4db4&

@Abe I'm glad to hear that your initial setup is working well. It sounds like there might be an issue with how the third set of blocks is configured, which is causing the workflow to break. To assist you better, I would need some more details about how you're adding the third set of blocks and what kind of blocks they are. Could you please provide me with more information or share the configuration of the third set that seems to be causing the issue? This will help me understand the problem and provide you with a more accurate solution.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

I have tried adding different kinds of blocks and had the same result. for example, if I just add a "conversation" block with simple instructions like "ask the caller's name", the agent will stop working properly from the begining.
when use "conversation" blocks as the second blocks, it works. It does not work when the second blocks are workflows.
?
is this where we are suppose to put block feedback?

@Abe as of now VAPI Blocks is not feasible to be used for both development and production environments instead use assistants(prompting) for now!!

I was just testing out blocks and on the site it says that you guys are wanting feedback on blocks. Is that no longer the case? or do you want me to put the feedback somewhere else?
s
For now we are not seeking for feedback, instead we are re-working on blocks!!

got it. Good luck!
