I set up call forwarding in the app. However, when my phone agent attempts to transfer a call to the forwarding number I set up, it says the call is being forwarded, but the call doesn’t actually connect. Does anyone have advice on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, I'm still having this issue. Sound like others are as well. I can't figure out how to get call forwarding working.
