It's not working as expected then
I got a 500and the call got disconnected straight away
It didn't automatically switch to a second / third option as stated in the documentation:(

It seems the fallback plan was not configured for your voice
Exactly, that why it should have automatically get the next voices vs throwing out a 500 and closing the conversation

ah yes, there was an issue with the default behaviour setting so we disabled it in the interim, i will update the docs accordingly. my apologies for the confusion @Alberto
