I am getting this error when I call Openai model o1 why is that
@User can you please help me understand this ?
v
@Shahzad I'm here to help! To better assist you, could you please provide me with the exact error message you're receiving? Additionally, it's important to note that the model identifiers you've mentioned don't match the available options in the context provided. The available OpenAI models are variations of GPT-4 and GPT-3.5. If you're trying to use a model named "o1," it might not be recognized by the system. Please double-check the model identifier and let me know the correct one you intend to use.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi I am trying to use o1-mini
v
@Shahzad Thank you for clarifying that you're trying to use the
o1-mini
model. If you're encountering an error, it could be due to several reasons such as an incorrect API call, network issues, or an issue with the API service itself. To help you effectively, I'll need the specific error message you're seeing. Could you please provide the error message or describe the issue in more detail? This will allow me to give you more accurate guidance on how to resolve the problem.

The only error I see is 'Pipeline Error' on vapi call log @Vapi
v
@Shahzad A 'Pipeline Error' typically indicates an issue with the processing pipeline on the server side, which could be related to the VAPI service itself or the way the request is being handled. To address this issue, you might want to: 1. Ensure that you're using the correct API endpoint and that your request is properly formatted. 2. Check if there are any service outages or maintenance updates from VAPI that could be affecting the API's functionality. 3. Review the API documentation to ensure that all required parameters are included in your request and that they are valid. 4. If you're using any additional parameters or configurations, try simplifying your request to the most basic form to see if the error persists. If the problem continues, it would be best to reach out to VAPI's support team with the details of your request and the error you're encountering. They will be able to provide more specific assistance and help you resolve the issue. Would you like me to assist you with anything else at this moment?
Got it. Tagging @User for additional help.

@Shahzad Your organization is on a weekly cluster or channel. You need to set it to daily in the VAPI dashboard at https://dashboard.vapi.ai/org/settings and then it will work.
s
