is there a way to increase for vapi numbers or do we have to import from twilio?

It appears that you've reached the daily outbound call limit for numbers bought on VAPI. To scale without limits, you would indeed need to import your own Twilio numbers. Using your own Twilio numbers allows you to bypass the daily outbound call restrictions imposed on VAPI numbers.

01/15/2025, 10:17 PM@Eric Chong | HSFM Twilio has imposed this limit on us and we cannot increase it. However, you can purchase additional numbers from Twilio to increase the outbound call limit.
