I have HIPAA disabled but billing says there's a pending monthly charge due (see attached). Can I please get this removed? @CuriousCat You have purchased the HIPAA compliance add-on. Please note that this is a recurring charge that will continue even if the HIPPA is disabled, you can cancel HIPPA charge only by your own by clicking on
