Is it possible to creats a call from 3cx extension directly ti my VAPI sip uRI? Anyone done that yety? my 3cx reports VAPI returning a 500 error:sip:44.229.228.186:5060;lr replied: Server Internal Error (500)

Sure Shubham.. heres the log from 3cx: Call or Registration to sip:nisarkhan222@sip.vapi.ai99000@(Ln.10011@VAPI2) has failed. sip:44.229.228.186:5060;lr replied: Server Internal Error (500) In VAPI logs, I dont; see the call logged for some strange reason.. because as you can see from teh 3cx error, 500 is sent from VAPI

sip.vapi.ai

not to IP addresses, we have blocked the traffic on our IPs.

yes, the request is sent to the FQDN (sip.vapi.ai) I suppose 3cx reports the ip for some reason..
