Multilingual does not work

I cannot seem to get multilingual to work. I want to have an agent that can speak both Dutch and English, and can detect when the user starts speaking one of these languages. I have set transcriber to deepgram - multi and the voice to 11Labs V2.5 like suggested. Sadly in 95% of the cases it never recognizes when i switch to dutch. I even added a little info in the prompt that it knows both languages. Am I missing anything? Assistant id: 54d23fda-d8bb-4e0e-8168-860167e75156

@DaVenthus I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with the multilingual functionality. It's great that you've set the transcriber to 'deepgram - multi' and the voice to '11Labs V2.5' as suggested. However, it seems like there might be an issue with the language detection or configuration. To better assist you, could you please confirm if you've set the language parameter to include both English and Dutch in your configuration? The language parameter should be able to accept an array of language codes if the transcriber supports multilingual recognition. If you have already done this and the issue persists, it might be necessary to look into the specific configurations and logs to diagnose the problem further. Since I don't have the capability to access your assistant's configurations or logs, I recommend reaching out to support with your assistant ID: 54d23fda-d8bb-4e0e-8168-860167e75156 for a more in-depth investigation. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you!

@DaVenthus Deepgram
multi
can only recognize Spanish and English, so you need to either use two different assistants within a squad or check for transcribers which support both languages.

Ah i see, in that case the "multi" name is kind of misleading. I would rename that to "en-sp" or something to be more clear. Is it possible to create a new option for Dutch-English? Is it something I can customize myself with Deepgram? Or for the other options, what exactly do you mean by squads?

@DaVenthus The models are provided by Deepgram, and we do not possess ownership of them; therefore, we are unable to create a model specifically for you. Squads consist of a group of assistants combined to function as a single assistant, and you can learn more about this by visiting the following link:
