@august Cloudflare is blocking your IP address. If you're running behind a proxy or VPN, please turn it off and try again. If not, try changing your IP address. We use Cloudflare security and according to them, your IP is disallowed due to reputation. Changing your IP address should resolve this issue. Please let me know after you've changed your IP address.

@Shubham Bajaj These are requests from a server with a static IP address, and in most cases, everything works fine. However, these 503 & 403 errors occur within a short time frame of couple minutes. Our IP address is not listed in the databases of banned IPs. We are your clients; this is not spam, but requests from our actual users. As for the 503 errors, they are most likely caused by restrictions on your side. Could these restrictions be lifted? Perhaps add our IP addresses to a whitelist? Or at least let us know the rate limits in place?

@august As of now, we haven't added any restrictive rate limits or IP-related limiting/whitelisting in place. It's maintained by the service provider, but I will check with the team to understand what could be the reason for it.
@august Could you please share any additional information you have, along with more screenshots showing complete details, so we can better understand the origin of the issue?

@Shubham Bajaj Got it, thanks, I’ll be waiting for updates on this issue. All the information I have is what I’ve already sent (the request itself - URL, method, response code, and the timestamp). I don’t have any additional details, and I haven’t identified any patterns (when or why this happens) so far.

As for regularity, I can’t say for sure, but it happens periodically, on average a couple of times a week.
