When I set this up the transcripts for my clients, it comes in as code and not user friendly. See the transcript below and let me know what I am doing wrong? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1330921139618185359/1330921139848876103/message.txt?ex=678fbc67&is=678e6ae7&hm=4b5055f9351ab2a9aa511eac0317d57f2eb830a726840beb100789ccc37e16bf&

that is the actual transcript that I received. For some reason Vapi is sending to me in code and not the actual transcript. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1330921139618185359/1330922917680119849/message.txt?ex=678fbe0e&is=678e6c8e&hm=0bd6291b9ff2fa8be227b8ee9a5d3851aa170a298680ef74d36c1473a2c6303c&

@Dwayne I understand that you're receiving transcripts in a format that seems like code, which is not user-friendly. To address this issue, we need to check the settings or the process you're using to generate these transcripts. It's possible that there might be a configuration error or a step that needs to be adjusted. Could you please provide more details about the steps you're taking when setting up the transcripts? This information will help me guide you through the process of obtaining a user-friendly transcript. If there's a specific setting or part of the process you're unsure about, please let me know, and I'll do my best to assist you.

@Dwayne Could you share the recent call ID so I can take a look? FYI, you're using the messages property instead of transcript inside the end-of-call report, which is why you're observing these differences.
