Dears , I need some tutorial and tech support to understand the process to be followed for the integration of VAPI with Genesys voice for AI calling both inbound and outbound with UAE CLI. Currently, we have cloud instance of Genesys and I am looking to experiment connecting the Genesys voice to VAPI for real time AI calling with open ended prompts. Please share a step by step guide how to accomplish this integration techno-functional.
