Calls always fail with concurrency limit error, could you please reset our concurrency limit? And does that mean that we have calls that haven't been closed? Why are we reaching the limit? Our org ID is 3edef96f-cb3d-46a7-993b-ef034499b8a0

(I had to buy one more Concurrency Line to unblock our system. but this shouldn't have been required, should not hit the 10line limit.)

@Vapi concurrency limit is a problem for other accounts too. After 10 calls triggered (not all together, but within 10 minutes) the concurrency limit is hit and all calls fail after that. I just purchased 2 more lines for an account so concurrency should be 12 and i trigger 9 calls together and 1 fails. something is off there

@AdeB You might have iniated more than one calls within sub-second or more calls then your allowed call limit.

a) thanks. Just to understand well, if I hit again the limit, then it will block all AI conversations for a while even if I'm back under the limit? b) > calls within sub-second we can't have several calls in the same second?

a) calls will be blocked until your back under the limit. b) 1 call per second and create another call with an gap of 1 second. so a single call every two seconds total 30 calls per minute.

b) Isn't it a big limitation? What would happen if two of our users trigger simultaneous calls within the same second? One would fail due to a concurrency error?
