nvm, seems after I added the card I had to force close then refresh the page and buy credits

@rowdy You have set the auto-recharge threshold to 0, and it appears that you may be attempting to make a call that requires an amount greater than X credits in your wallet. As a result, you are receiving this warning message. Adding more credits will resolve this issue.
