Overview Inaccurate

The Overview is inaccurate and doesn't match my own call logs. - Cost doesn't match up with what I'm billed - Shows no calls on days when there were lots - Day / Week / Month often displays same stats with no change Not a new issue (it's always been this way for me), but it's getting to where I can't manage / track costs because the dashboards are so off. It would also be great if there was an option to export VAPI's call logs as csv so I can compare with my own. Thanks
