Unable to add voice from dashboard

On searching , for the voice in assistant settings, It does not pop up in the search .

01/30/2025, 10:25 AM@Eeshita Both of these voices are available in our dashboard, and I have just conducted a test on them. You may be utilizing your 11labs key, I recommend attempting another call by either removing your 11labs key and/or manually adding the voice ID.
