The calls have been completed long back yet the end of call report has not been fetched

<@709849171003310161> these calls were never connected from twilio side, because of these calls were never placed. You can try checking with twilio what's causing the issue on their end. Let me know what else do you require.

Can you tell for these as well. I am using two different telephony right now. and the issue cannot be same for two different providers.

Peculiar thing is that I am only getting report of calls which are answered. no other calls
